Arabians we have bred, owned or shown
NAZEENA--
This is the
mare that started it all.She was an Ansata bred mare
on the top
side and the bottom was Daufin, and Raseyn. Some of the most
wonderful
old bloodlines. Heavily shown in California in western pl, english
pleasure,
western riding, working cow, and trail. After kicking some butt,
we got bored
and went on to endurance rides and open cuttings. This was
a
mare that
thrived on challenge and always gave it 150 percent. ZEENA
raised
all 3 of
my own children, and the day we lost her was a heartbreak for all of
us.
She is greatly missed even these many years later and will always be in
our hearts.
To this day when I ride her son Kacz, at times I just have to
stop and
hug him, have a still quiet moment to let the tears dry, as his
wonderful
mind and sweet personality remind me so much of his mothers. If
there is
such a thing as having your favorite horse in heaven, then I want
her there
waiting for us.
Two of her
foals are pictured below.
IBN CHRISTAN
ZEENA
This bold grey stallion sired by
an Aramus son and out of Nazeena would
take your breath away. He
could really fly. Everyone was crazy over the
shoulder and rear of this horse,
he just developed so fast and was so very
powerful. A super correct
horse. When shown at halter, his trainer said that
Ibn was the first horse he couldn't
keep up with! Many Championships at
halter and the professionally trained
western pleasure. At the age of 9, Ibn
was gelded and was then starting
his carrer as a hunter/jumper in Maryland by
a 12 yr old girl.
NZ KACZ
An class A gelding at halter and western pleasure,
professionally trained
and living the good life at home pushing cows.
He is the last of his dams line
and so now will never leave the farm again.
Sired by *Kasanova,
the *Makor son double Chevali bred, and out of
our foundation mare Bin
Hasita Nazeena.
